Job summary

The Rollins Center at the Atlanta Speech School seeks a Language & Literacy Instructional Facilitator to drive language and literacy practice from birth to grade 5. The role provides professional development, coaching, modeling, and consultation to teachers and leaders to implement tiered instruction and interventions with fidelity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in K-5 educational programs and/or language and literacy.
• Experience with data-driven instruction methods and progress monitoring of child outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skills.
• Action-oriented, collaborative, flexible, and innovative approach to coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional development, coaching, modeling, and consultation to educators to strengthen instructional quality.
• Lead embedded field-based coaching to support system-wide implementation of best practices.
• Present early learning content at local and national conferences; facilitate Cox Campus groups.
• Collaborate with Cox Campus content team to create or revise early learning content.
• Facilitate family engagement initiatives and community events focused on language and literacy.
