Qualifications

• Supports implementation planning and onboarding of new coaching team members.
• Uses multiple data sources to guide coaching priorities and outcomes.
• Leads team meetings and professional learning communities.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate professional learning opportunities for internal teams and external partners.
• Lead team professional learning communities (PLCs) and reflective practice meetings.
• Support onboarding by orienting new coaching team members to tools, expectations, and shared practices.
• Ensure coaching across teams follows an intentional, reflective coaching cycle with goal setting and adjustment.
• Support coaches in using a gradual release approach to build facilitators’ independence over time.
• Ensure professional learning experiences include clear purpose, practice opportunities, and reflection for transfer.
• Document and communicate progress to support transparency, continuity, and decision-making.
