Job summary

Shady Side Academy CDS in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a PK-5 Coordinator of After-School Adventurers to join the Academy Programming Staff. The role oversees after-school care and enrichment classes for PK-5 students, coordinating with the Director of After School and Site Coordinator to ensure safe, engaging programming.

Work hours are part-time, averaging 20 hours weekly with 2:30–6:30 PM classes and additional coverage during In-Service/Break Days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation and supervision of the After-School Adventurers program.
• Coordinate activities during school year (2:30-6:30 PM) and full-day camps (8:00 AM-4:00 PM) on break days.
• Assist with In-Service/Break Day Camps and Spring Break Camps.
• Engage PK-5 students with safe, creative learning experiences and communicate with families and staff.
