Responsibilities

• Organize engaging group activities 2:30 pm–6pm Monday–Friday, including arts and crafts, large group games, homework help, attendance, and dismissals.
• Actively supervise children at all times, ensuring safety and monitoring environments.
• Adhere to school behavior policies and report issues to the Director or Site Coordinator.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, respectful, collaborative demeanor with students and staff.
• Monitor all spaces used by the program and restore setups for the next day.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the program.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings when required.
• Maintain up-to-date clearances (every 5 years).
