Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in pizzeria or restaurant management.
• Proven off-site or high-volume catering experience.
• Ability to make pizza and Italian-American dishes.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant.
• Maintain acceptable food cost & payroll percentages.
• Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service.
• Create and maintain a food and beverage budget within our guidelines.
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management.
• Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events.
• Track food and supply stock, place food orders, and reduce waste.
