• Oversee planning, organizing, training, and leadership to meet sales, costs, guest service and satisfaction objectives.
• Monitor compliance with health, fire, safety, and labor regulations in the restaurant.
• Direct scheduling of staff hours and duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Evaluate and improve food quality, presentation, and sanitation standards.
• Review financial statements and budgets to control costs and optimize profitability.
• Coordinate purchasing, deliveries, and inventory to maintain stock and efficiency.
