Goodfellows Italian Specialties LLC is seeking an experienced Hands-on Pizzeria/Restaurant Manager to drive operational performance and financial health. You will hire, train, and lead staff to reflect high standards and oversee a successful pizzeria.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, catering experience, and the ability to manage budgets, customer service, and marketing efforts while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pizzeria/restaurant management or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating catering (off-site/high-volume trays).
• Ability to prepare pizza and full Italian-American menu.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant.
• Maintain food cost and payroll percentages within guidelines.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Lead team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Create and manage a food and beverage budget per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management.
• Lead marketing efforts and coordinate community events.
• Track stock, place orders, and reduce waste.
