Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals in a fast-paced Domino’s franchise. You will coach Team Members, assist with scheduling, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards across the store.

Role requires completing RPM and Domino’s training programs, including Pizza College courses, with opportunities for leadership growth and career development within a community-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate store equipment, including ovens and food prep tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
