Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, run shifts, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding Domino’s and RPM brand standards across all interactions.

You will coach Team Members, assist with scheduling, safety, and inventory, and work closely with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals. This role requires completing RPM training, including Pizza College, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
