Job summary

RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting store goals. You will train and coach Team Members, manage scheduling and safety, and uphold all brand and company policies.

The role requires completion of RPM training, strong communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude as you drive store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; 21 to drive as applicable by state law.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to meet performance expectations.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate kitchen equipment and manage time effectively.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for customers and team.
