Job summary

RPM Pizza, one of the largest Domino’s franchises, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver strong customer service, and support store goals. You’ll coach Team Members and ensure safety and quality standards while upholding brand guidelines.

You will participate in Domino’s and RPM training programs, including Pizza College, and work with the General Manager to drive performance, scheduling, and daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old, 21+ to drive.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
