Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver excellent guest service, and support the General Manager in daily operations.

The role requires completing RPM and Domino’s training programs, supervising Team Members, managing scheduling and safety, and upholding brand standards. This position offers hourly pay with bonus opportunities and ongoing leadership development through RPM Pizza College.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older; 21 to drive.
• Completed RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to meet performance expectations.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate kitchen equipment and tools.
• Support inventory, ordering, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to reach store goals.
