Qualifications

• Ability to pass applicable Companybackground checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management, and customers, take and process orders
• Superb ability to multi-task
• Ability to function in a dynamic, fasted paced environment
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Ability to take orders over the counter or phone
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Ability to lead the team on duty!

Responsibilities

• Oversee store in the absence of the General Manager according to policies.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and service to brand standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and preparation lists.
• Hands-on during food prep, customer service, and delivery coordination.
• Support sales, service, quality, sanitation through staff training.
• Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Fill in as needed to maintain customer service and operations.
• Assist in product management and deliveries per brand standards.
• Identify labor or food costs and take actions to optimize.
• Assist scheduling labor based on activity and ensure staffing.
• Know policies regarding human resources.
• Provide suggestions to General and Regional Managers.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and reading QSR publications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
