Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino's franchise based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. You will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and motivate your team to deliver a delicious experience.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff; manage inventory and schedules; uphold food safety standards; drive sales and profitability; and maintain a clean, inviting store.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management, preferably in a pizza environment.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of P&L statements.
