Prairie Pizza is a Domino's franchise based in Charlotte, NC. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success, overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating the team to deliver a consistent pizza experience.

As a natural leader in a fast-paced environment, you will hire, train, and supervise staff, manage inventory and scheduling, and drive sales while maintaining food safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or pizza industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• A love for pizza is a definite plus.
