Domino’s Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy store and drive performance. You will oversee daily operations, manage costs, build the customer base and ensure profitable outcomes while upholding brand standards.

You will recruit, train and mentor Team Members and management, manage inventory and scheduling, and partner with regional leadership to execute marketing and community engagement. Integrity, energy and customer focus are essential.

Formación

• Previous quick service restaurant experience preferred (pizza niche) with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Ability to recruit, train and supervise Team Members and Management teams.
• Strong operations and cost-control skills including scheduling and inventory.
• Proven ability to uphold brand standards and deliver high-quality products.

• Manage costs, build sales, increase customer base and store profitability.
