Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/food service experience.
• Basic knife skills a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and take on additional roles/responsibilities.
• Dedicated to excellence in hospitality and great dining experiences.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted, bend, walk, and stand for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu offerings for designated station(s).
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely.
• Serve food and items per guest specifications.
• Store foods properly with proper dating and rotation.
• Maintain temperature logs and production records.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as directed.
• Set up/breakdown stations and sanitize equipment.
