Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including, but not limited to, dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and follows all product preparation procedures.
• Maintains product holding times and ensures consistent product quality and customer service.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to correct issues during the shift.
• Manages cash handling, inventory levels and cost controls to support restaurant profitability.
