MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew and deliver high-quality pizzas and salads with radical style and personalization.

You will supervise daily operations, model MOD values, and motivate front-line staff while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive experience for every guest. This role offers growth and internal promotion opportunities within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership.
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift.
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources.
• Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant.
