Qualifications

• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work 32+ hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform the duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shifts to ensure quality products and service.
• Adheres to station guidelines and portioning.
• Manages cash handling and inventory per company systems.
• Maintains safety, attendance, and security as per TM handbook.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to staff.
