Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines and duties, ensuring quality products and proper portioning.
• Contributes to meeting restaurant product goals and customer expectations; follows policies and TM handbook.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains positive attitude, and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains product quality, service, and cleanliness within standards.
• Contribute to profit goals via cash handling, inventory, and cost control using company systems.
