Job summary

Papa Johns is looking for a Shift Leader to supervise shifts in our Norcross, GA restaurant, ensuring quality products and excellent customer service while supporting profitability.

You will manage station duties, uphold standards, and contribute to efficient operations, inventory control, and adherence to company policies and laws. A strong emphasis on teamwork and communication is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and following procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the Company's product goal.
• Meets the needs of the restaurant's customers and minimizes complaints.
• Follows policies and procedures including safety and attendance.
