Job summary

Donatos in Frisco, TX seeks a Shift Manager to lead quality and service systems, coaching associates and safeguarding food safety and assets during opening/closing. You will manage people, product and equipment to deliver the Mission & Promise and drive customer satisfaction.

With prior shift management experience and a Texas ServSafe Manager certification, you will influence costs, staffing, and compliance while enforcing standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Texas ServSafe Manager certification is required.
• 1) Basic Math and Reading Skills.
• 2) Prior Shift Manager or Shift Lead experience.
• 3) Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Opens and/or closes the restaurant with proper administrative procedures and completes assigned paperwork.
• Manages people, product, and equipment to deliver the Mission & Promise.
• Manages safety files and health and food safety binder for all Associates.
• Evaluates coupon usage and detailed altered sales report.
• Completes required forms in DNET for product quality, credit card refunds, safety incidents, and other reports.
• Manages food, labor and costs through training and coaching.
• Adjusts staffing for business volume changes.
• Implements customer feedback programs to improve satisfaction and refine results.
• Schedules and trains oven cleaning and maintenance within Donatos standards.
• Ensures shift execution with checklists and game plans.
