Job summary

Donatos Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Humble, Texas location. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality food and outstanding service, coach staff, and manage opening/closing procedures with strict adherence to cash handling and safety standards.

You will train Associates, monitor inventory, and partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to run a restaurant independently, including opening/closing.
• Must be 18+ with basic math and reading skills.
• Comfort with POS, inventory, scheduling & ordering platforms.
• Strong coaching and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant with accountability for quality, service times, cleanliness, safety and cash.
• Open and close with accurate paperwork and secure cash and inventory.
• Position staff by volume, adjust line, and manage service recovery and safety.
• Communicate results and issues to the GM and next shift leadership.
• Train and certify new Associates to deliver Donatos values.
