Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer contact preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach colleagues on shift to meet performance standards.
• Assist General Manager in achieving customer satisfaction and profitability goals.
• Prepare and maintain high quality products per handbook standards.
• Monitor opening/closing procedures and complete daily paperwork.
• Manage cash handling and safety procedures as defined by policies.
