Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a restaurant or food service, leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
• Commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation standards.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open to close procedures and line checks; manage opening prep and cash drawer.
• Greet guests, address complaints professionally and with empathy.
• Monitor sanitation, safety standards, and team adherence to policies.
• Assist with placing orders, monitor inventory, and maintain prep item pars.
• Conduct closing procedures and reconcile cash; communicate shift notes to GM/AGM.
