Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew in Newtown Square, delivering pizzas and salads with energy and personalization. You will set the example of service and guide teammates to uphold MOD’s standards in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the Restaurants Leadership team, you will coach and develop front-line staff, ensure operations run smoothly, and partner with the General Manager to engage with the local community.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees.
Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

Be an example of MOD values and lead with service mindset.
Help create a MOD vibe that customers expect.
Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain energy and positivity.
Demonstrate and coach Squad in all store tasks.
Demonstrate knowledge of Operational Standards and resources.
