Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II is hiring a Team Lead to help fulfill job requirements while supporting the General Manager in achieving customer satisfaction and profitability. The role requires supervising shifts, coaching colleagues, and ensuring efficient service with high-quality products.

The Team Lead will ensure adherence to policies, maintain premises, manage costs, and assist in recruiting, training, and marketing activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure and in stressful situations.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers with accurate, complete orders within service time goals.
• Assist General Manager in achieving customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to colleagues to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily/weekly paperwork.
