MOD Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Crew Member to deliver the MOD experience with speed and hospitality. You will prepare pizzas and salads, adhere to safety standards, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

You don't need prior experience. If you are at least 16 and authorized to work in the United States, apply and learn in a team that values community and a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• No experience required; must be willing to learn and engage with guests.
• Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain food safety certification within 30 days of start date where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as defined in MOD resources and training.
• Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to guests.
• Demonstrate hospitality by being friendly, accurate, and fast on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with others to support team success.
• Take care of guests and engage in conversation while in the restaurant.
• Maintain a mindset of serving others and uphold quality during busy shifts.
• Work closely and have fun with your squad to create the MOD experience.
