No experience required; you must be willing to learn, follow procedures, stay punctual, and help the team. Availability for flexible shifts, and ability to work according to safety standards.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness and ability to follow processes and instructions.
• You are at least 16 years old (some states limit tools until 18; check location).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date or as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas and salads adhering to MOD standards ensuring best finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow food safety prep and storage standards as defined by MOD resources.
• Keep store clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Arrive on time wearing MOD dress code and deliver an excellent MOD experience to guests and teammates.
• Demonstrate hospitality fundamentals—friendly, accurate and fast—each shift.
• Follow leadership directions and be open to coaching.
• Share knowledge to support team success and guest experience.
