Job summary

MOD Pizza is hiring a Crew Member to deliver the MOD Pizza experience with speed and hospitality. You will prepare pizzas and salads, ensure quality and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

You’ll engage with guests to provide memorable service and support your squad in a fast-paced setting. No experience is required; you must be at least 16, authorized to work in the United States, and willing to obtain a food safety certification where required by law.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness to learn and assist with duties.
• Able to demonstrate passion for people and guest service.
• Reliability: consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Food safety certification within 30 days where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as defined in MOD resources and training.
• Use the tools provided to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming and ready for guests.
• Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and deliver an excellent experience to guests, vendors and crew.
• Demonstrate hospitality fundamentals (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge to support team and store success.
• Take care of guests and engage with them in-store.
• Maintain a mindset of serving others and uphold quality during busy shifts.
• Work closely and have fun with your squad and guests.
