Job summary

MOD Pizza is hiring a Crew Member to deliver the MOD experience by crafting pizzas and salads in a fast-paced setting. You’ll prepare and present food while upholding quality and hospitality, in a cool environment.

No prior experience required; you’ll learn processes, attend to guests, and work with the squad to ensure every shift is smooth and welcoming. You must be 16+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S., with certification as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness and ability to do the following.
• Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with squad and guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• Demonstrate a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Show interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates.
• You are at least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as defined in MOD resources and training.
• Maintain store appearance and welcoming environment.
• Show up on time in MOD dress code and deliver an excellent experience to guests and teammates.
• Demonstrate hospitality fundamentals on every shift.
• Follow coaching and directions from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge to support team and store success.
• Engage with guests to welcome and talk with them during visits.
• Maintain quality standards during busy shifts.
• Work closely and have fun with squad to create MOD experience.
