MOD Pizza is hiring a Crew Member to deliver the MOD experience on-site. You will craft pizzas and salads with speed and care, ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction in a welcoming environment.

No prior experience required; must be eager to learn, dependable, and able to follow MOD procedures. You’ll join a team that values hospitality, teamwork, and timely service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• No experience required, willingness to learn and connect with guests.
• Must be able to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• Demonstrate a history of reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Interested in growing with MOD and contributing to the team.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu items following MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package orders with timely, quality execution.
• Follow food safety prep and storage procedures as defined by MOD.
• Keep the store clean and welcoming for guests.
• Show up on time in MOD dress code and deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Demonstrate hospitality: friendly, accurate and fast on every shift.
• Follow coaching from restaurant leaders and share knowledge with teammates.
• Engage with guests to ensure a memorable MOD experience.
• Maintain quality standards during busy shifts and support the team.
• Work closely with squad to create the MOD experience.
