Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager is preferred.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train employees to facilitate quick acclimation.
• Streamline kitchen processes to ensure prompt service.
• Set and verify kitchen sanitation standards.
• Manage food and beverage costs.
• Order supplies and food.
• Coordinate shift activities with FOH staff and run meetings.
• Inspect food quality and sanitation compliance.
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service issues.
• Monitor health, fire regulations and facility maintenance.
• Schedule staff hours and assign duties.
