Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks an Assistant Manager in Winston-Salem to lead and develop a team, ensure product quality, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage scheduling, training, and performance feedback, drive sales while controlling costs, and support marketing events to boost store performance. 1 year of restaurant or management experience is preferred; up to 20 team members report to you.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Assist manager with scheduling, performance feedback and communication.
• Assist with marketing events and promotions to increase store sales.
• Manage P&L line items to reduce waste and ensure profitability of the store.
