Marco's Pizza in Akron, OH is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop a team focused on outstanding product quality and customer service. You will drive sales, manage costs, and ensure smooth daily operations while relocating as needed to support expansion.

Requirements include 3 years of leadership, 1 year restaurant experience preferred, and the ability to lead up to 20 staff while working about 50 hours weekly including some weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Relocate as needed to support expansion.
• Source and interview all store employees to ensure alignment with values.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
• Plan leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager and Shift Leads.
• Ensure inventory par levels and an effective ordering system.
• Maintain store exterior and ensure proper security procedures are followed.
