Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, deliver friendly service, and ensure great food in a clean, inviting environment. You will work closely with the General Manager and district team to uphold standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documentation by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staffing schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff while managing team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Help ensure health and safety standards are met and uphold a welcoming restaurant environment.
