Job summary

Domino’s Pizza Supply Chain Center is hiring a Production Sanitation Associate in Denver. The role includes dough processing, sanitation, and rotating tasks such as dough making, tray washing, and stack handling during a 10-hour shift starting at 11 AM, four days a week with mandatory OT as needed.

Compensation is $22/hour, bi-weekly. You will work in dough room, cooler, and tray wash areas, performing routine checks and logging batch data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Determine batch recipes, measure ingredients, and ensure dough is delivered into the rounder.
• Record batch data and maintain proofing library.
• Achieve and maintain dough certification.
• Perform metal detector checks and monitor dough temperature.
• Adjust dough sizes on divider, metal detector, and ink jet as needed.
• Check sifter tailings and record findings.
• Report irregularities to supervisor and manager.
• Monitor equipment in dough cooler and stage dough for shipment; intervene via HMI as needed.
• Troubleshoot stacker and tray handling equipment when needed.
• Monitor dough temperature and metal detector checks; organize dough by size in the cooler.
• Ensure print quality on trays.
• Load trays onto conveyor for cleaning.
• Monitor water pressure/temperature and detergent levels; ensure cleaning standards and record findings.
• Conduct titration/chemical testing on tray washer equipment as needed.
• Perform interventions via HMI as needed.
