Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of management experience in a pizzeria or restaurant environment.
• Three to five years of hands-on pizza-making experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and consistently maintain product quality.
• Working knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, and pizza production.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• This position requires continuous movement and prolonged standing on hard surfaces.
• Regularly requires bending, climbing, crouching, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds. Heavier or awkward items may be moved with assistance.
• Work is primarily performed indoors near moving machinery and equipment, which may create elevated noise levels.
