Job summary

PILF Restaurant Group is hiring a Pizza Maker / Line Cook to join the Cane Rosso Fort Worth team. You will hand-stretch dough, build pizzas, and work the oven to deliver high-quality meals in a lively, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pizza or line cook roles preferred; training available.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-first mindset.
• Works well in a fast-paced kitchen and maintains accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and menu items per recipes and quality standards.
• Stretch dough, build pizzas, and maintain consistent portioning and presentation.
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Cook and prepare food on multiple kitchen stations as needed.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout each shift.
• Ensure every plate and pizza leaves the kitchen with accuracy and pride.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during busy service.
• Assist with prep, stocking, receiving deliveries, and cleaning duties.
• Support teammates wherever needed because great kitchens succeed together.
