Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Strongsville, Ohio is hiring for an Inside Team Member on a part-time, on-site basis. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and help prepare high-quality pizzas, contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We’re seeking energetic, dependable individuals with strong communication and a passion for great service. Duties include taking orders, preparing dough and toppings, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive guest experience each shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items.
• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
