Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in East Lansing is looking for an Inside Team Member to deliver warm, efficient service while preparing high-quality pizzas. You will greet guests, take orders in person or by phone, and craft pizzas to meet company standards.

If you are energetic, dependable, and enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this role offers opportunities to develop customer service and leadership skills while supporting fellow team members and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items.
• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience.
• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
