Marco’s Pizza in Michigan is seeking an Inside Team Member to help create exceptional guest experiences while preparing high-quality pizzas. You’ll greet customers, take orders, and craft pizzas, with every shift offering an opportunity to brighten someone’s day.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items.
• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
