Marco's Pizza is seeking an Inside Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and craft pizzas while helping keep our operation running smoothly. You’ll contribute to the high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest
• Take accurate phone, online, and in-person orders
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Prepare fresh pizza dough and ingredients
• Slice, chop, and portion toppings and other food items
• Assemble and prepare pizzas according to company standards
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Execute customer orders accurately, including special requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience

What You'll Do

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest

• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
