Marco's Pizza in Springboro, OH is hiring an Inside Team Member for part-time shifts. You will greet guests, take orders, and help craft pizzas while delivering high-quality service and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient guest service.

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

What You’ll Do

As an Inside Team Member, you'll help keep our operation running smoothly by:

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest
• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally
• Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients
• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items
• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience
• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
