Job summary

Marco's Pizza in Meridian, Idaho is seeking an Inside Team Member to join our fast-paced, customer-focused crew. This part-time role includes greeting guests, taking orders, preparing fresh dough and ingredients, and assembling pizzas to Marco's quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Take accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slice, chop, and portion toppings and other food items.
• Assemble and prepare pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Execute customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
