Marco's Pizza is hiring an Inside Team Member in Boise, ID. You will greet customers, take orders, and craft pizzas while maintaining high standards of quality and service. This part-time role requires energy, dependability, and a team-first mindset.

You'll work in a fast-paced, friendly environment, contributing to guest satisfaction and timely service during busy shifts. No previous experience required; willingness to learn and excel is valued.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items.
• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience.
• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
