Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is hiring an Inside Team Member in Ohio to greet guests, take orders, and craft pizzas, delivering the high-quality service our guests expect. This part-time role requires energetic, dependable team players who communicate well and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items.
• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience.
• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Job description

• Pay or shift range: $11 USD to $13.70 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
