Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Akron, OH is seeking an Inside Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and craft pizzas in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll provide friendly service, handle phone, online and in-person orders, and help prepare dough and toppings while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This part-time position requires a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) and a high school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest
• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally
• Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients
• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items
• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience
• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
