Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking an Inside Team Member to greet customers, take orders, and craft pizzas in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. You will help ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a high-quality product.

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing ingredients, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while upholding food safety standards and company procedures. Flexible scheduling is required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Take accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare fresh dough and ingredients for pizzas.
• Slice, chop, and portion toppings and other food items.
• Assemble and prepare pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience

What You'll Need
